CalArts is sending out an open call to students from all schools to gather on ZOOM for an experimental CalArts 6x6 Gallery Night. For the first edition this Thursday, we’re reserving six slots that are six minutes each, during which students can put on a short performance: give a talk or reading, discuss their artwork, act out a scene, or share their screen and play a moving image piece.

The goal of CalArts 6x6 is to bring the community together and inspire one another. Depending on the success of the first week and how much interest is garnered, we can open the event up to more than six slots in the upcoming weeks.

CalArts student artists that are interested in signing up for a slot on Thursday, April 9, can fill out our Google form: https://forms.gle/Pczv8sgr8nqWMUMw5
